Confidentiality, Information Use and Non-Circumvention Protocol
- Confidentiality. Keep non-public session information, participant identities, materials, interests, and introductions confidential. Do not record, publish, quote, forward, or distribute session content without written authorization.
- Information use. Use session information only for authorized participation and opportunities within TBG's structured process. Do not scrape, harvest, profile, sell, disclose, compile, or use participant information for unrelated solicitation or intelligence gathering.
- Non-circumvention. During the session and for twelve months afterward, do not use a session-derived contact, introduction, project, transaction, or opportunity to bypass TBG. Route follow-up through TBG unless direct contact is authorized in writing. Documented pre-existing relationships are excluded where session information is not used.
- Conduct. No unauthorized marketing, fundraising, recruiting, lobbying, deal promotion, or requests for confidential information. Protect proprietary materials and trademarks.
- Enforcement. A breach may result in removal, cancellation of access, exclusion from future programs, notice to affected parties, and other remedies available under applicable law. Confidentiality, permitted-use, and non-circumvention obligations survive participation.
